He was born in Lester, AL, on February 6, 1941, retired from Monsanto Delphi in Decatur, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Buford and Rena Beatrice Davis McMasters.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Minor Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda McMasters of Minor Hill, TN, his daughter Beth Hawk and husband Brad of Pulaski, TN, his son Dr. Matthew McMasters and wife Holly of Athens, AL,, his brother, Davis McMasters and wife Sara of Minor Hill, TN, his sister, Peggy Young of Pulaski, TN, and his grandchildren, Grey Hawk, Drew Hawk, Kinsley Danielle McMasters and Kaitlyn Nicole McMasters.
