He was born in Pulaski, TN on December 22, 1974, preceded in death by his brother, David Lane Dale, and his grandparents, Turney and Virginia Davis, and Ike and Mary Dale.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, July 16, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at a later date at Giles Memory Gardens.
Survivors include his mother, Eileen Davis Dale of Pulaski, TN, son and daughter, David Dale of Pulaski, TN, and Cori Dale of Pulaski, TN, their mother, Lisa Dale of Pulaski, TN, brother, Chris Tarpley of Lynnville, TN, sister, Sherry Adams of Pulaski, TN, and grandson, Maddox Dale.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Clifford Adams Memorial Scholarship Fund.
