Mr. Deason was born February 7, 1924 to Ewell and Rosa Hickman Deason. He was preceded in death by his wife Nellie Deason, his parents and three sisters.
Visitation will be Monday August 6, 2012 from 1 until 3 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 3 p.m. with Rodney Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include one daughter Rosa Henson and husband Mike of Pulaski, sister Joyce Fry of Pulaski, two grandchildren Erik Henson and Olivia Henson.
