Mr. Hanna was born December 29, 1928 to Walter and Clara Neal Hanna. He was a retired farmer and truck driver for Brindley. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary Evelyn Hanna, brother Leroy Hanna and sister Emmer Lea Holley.
Visitation will be Sunday December 9, 2012 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funreal will be 2 p.m. Monday December 10, 2012 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Giles Memory Garden.
Memorials may be made to Greenwood Church of Christ or to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include nieces Clara Irwin of Hendersonville, JoAn McGee, Cheryl Ralston both of Bodenham, nephews Donnie Hanna of Lynnville, Gary Holley of Scotts Hill, Ted Holley of Bodenham, Nathan Holley of Gadsden, AL.
