He was born in Williamson County, TN on June 14, 1936, retired school bus driver and farmer, served in the US Marines, he was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Prudence Mae Green Holt, and a sister Louise Still.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 10-31-2012, at 1PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, burial will follow at 3:30PM at the Williamson Memorial Garden in Franklin, TN.
Survivors are: wife, Elizabeth Holt of Pulaski, TN, daughters, Connie Lynn Kelley of Lewisburg, TN, Melissa Ruth Davis of Murfreesboro, TN, sister, Katherine Ryan of Franklin, TN, grandchildren, Phillip Michael Kelly and Jammie Leigh Tridel.
