He was born in Pulaski, TN, on August 10, 1938, retired from Fafnir, served in the US Army, was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge. Preceded in death by his parents, Homer Otis and Eska Hayes Riggin.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at the Giles Memory Gardens with Lee Stevenson officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Riggin of Pulaski, his son Keith Riggin and wife Jennifer of Pulaski, his daughter, Jennifer Christopher and husband Joe of Nashville, his sister, Clara Johnson of Hazel Green, and his 8 grandchildren.
