Mike was born November 6, 1951 in Fayetteville, TN to James Carroll and Billie Meeks Turner. He was a horse trainer, member of the Elks Club and preceded in death by his mother.
Visitation will be Thursday July 1, 2021 from 4 to 6 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with Memorial Service to follow.

Survivors include his father James Turner and wife Doretha of Frankewing.
