He was born in Lynnville, TN on June 1, 1931, retired from State Farm Insurance, served in the US Army and National Guard, he was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Loyd and Vera Mae Foster Robinson, wife, Frances Griffin Robinson, brothers, Harry and James Robinson, longtime registered polled hereford cattle breeder.
Visitation will begin at 10AM on Saturday, 10-20-2012, until funeral time at 1PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, burial to follow in Lynnwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors are: longtime friend and caregiver, Virginia LeDoux of Mt. Pleasant, TN, brother, Allen Robinson and wife Fay of Lynnville, TN, sisters, Joyce Petty of Clarksville, TN, Pearl Dennis and husband Earl of Nashville, TN, several nieces and nephews.
