

Lucy dedicated many years of her life to serving others through her work. She was employed at Fafnir for 27 years before retiring after working 16 years at Walmart. She was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and unwavering dedication.
While Lucy took pride in her career, her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren. Being “Nana” was the role she treasured most. She never missed an opportunity to love, encourage, and celebrate each of her grandchildren, creating memories they will carry with them forever.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lillian Holder, and her stepmother, Mary Murphy Holder.
Lucy is lovingly survived by her son, Steve Jett and his wife, Reagan; her daughter, Michelle Jett Holley; and her cherished grandchildren, Jordan Creecy and her husband, Shane, Max Jett, Addison Jett, Jesse Jennings, and Cole Jennings; and her great-granddaughter, Elli Creecy. She is also survived by her sisters, Patricia Solomon and her husband, Marvin, and Clyda Medley, all of Pulaski. Special Friends: Sue Brown, Thelma Jett, and Kaye Russ; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Lucy will be remembered for the strength she showed throughout her life, and the lasting impact she had on everyone who knew her. Her legacy lives on through the family she loved so deeply and the countless memories they shared.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.
Visitation will be from 10am to 12pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home on Saturday July 18, 2026, with the Funeral to follow at 12pm. Interment will be in Lynnwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Carr & Erwin Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
