She was born on March 9, 1930 in Pulaski, TN to the late Della Forline Chapman and John William. She retired working production for Maremont Gabriel Corporation.
She is survived by her sons, Jack Willoughby and Gayle of Pulaski, TN, Mike Willoughby of Pulaski, TN, Don Willoughby and wife Amanda of Charleston, TN, her daughter, Betty Bassham and husband Tim of Pulaski, TN, her grandchildren, Shane Willoughby, Kelsea Allen, Hannah Bassham, Catherine Willoughby, and her great grandchildren, Peyton Willoughby and Lincoln Walls.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Giles Memory Gardens.
