Preceded in death by husband, Villard H. Burgess, son, Jerry Wayne Burgess, daughters, Janet Burgess , Tracy Burgess and Beverly Burgess Rager, her parents were the late Marion Fredie and Lillian Pearl Warren Norwood.
Survivors include sons, Larry (Julie) Burgess and Danny Burgess both of Michigan, brothers, Billy Gene Norwood of Minor Hill, TN, Tom (Marian) Norwood of Texas, 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice.
Visitation will be on Thursday, 7-9-15, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 7-10-2015, at 1pm at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Minor Hill Cemetery.
