Newt Houston Jordan

He was born in Limestone County, AL on March 29, 1931, retired from CFW Paving Company and was he was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Houston and Mildred Evelyn Wakefield Jordan, sisters, Lurene Arthur, Helen Russell, Marie Hill and Jo Ann Haulcomb, and brothers, Thomas Edward Jordan and David Jordan.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home where Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Elkton Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Jean McFarland Jordan of Elkton, TN, sons, Gary Jordan (Christie) of Pulaski, TN, daughters, Diane Owens (Tom) of Pulaski, TN, Lisa Sanderson of Ardmore, Tammy Gaudette (Paul) of Pulaski, TN, brother, Kenneth Jordan (Eddie Lois) of Ardmore, TN, sister, Sandra Beale (George) of Lexington, TN, 10 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Elkton Baptist Church Building Fund.
