Sophia Pauline Moore Dunnavant of the Pisgah Community passed away January 23, 2018. She was a member of Fairview Church of Christ and 100 years old. Her parents were the late Albert Bill and Elma George Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Asa Glaze Dunnavant, Jr, her brother, Wilson Dunnavant, and her sisters, Adelle Sullivan and Wilma Moore. Survivors include her son Donald Dunnavant and wife Carol of the Pisgah Community, her daughter Sue Thrasher of Cookeville, her 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Pisgah Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pisgah Cemetery Fund.
