Stephen Leonard Payne, age 74, passed away September 22, 2026, at Maury Regional Hospital.
He was retired Navy Veteran of 27 years. Stephen was an avid songwriter and musician, and member of Gum Spring's Church.
Survivors include his wife Debra Payne; son Joshua Payne; step daughter Tabitha Singleton; three grandchildren; brothers Louis and wife Laura, Robert and wife Eileen; special niece Elizabeth Tedder and husband Chris; and very special people Andy and Tracy Boyett.
