He was born in Pulaski, TN on May 27, 1960 and worked for the City of Pulaski, he was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Dean Watts and his brother, Murray Watts.
Visitation will be on Thursday, May 3, 2018, from 4PM to 8PM, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018, at 2PM at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with burial to follow in New Zion Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Jo Watts of Pulaski, TN, his sons, Chris Watts of Pulaski, TN and David Watts of Pulaski, TN, his daughter, Terri Davis of Anderson, AL, his sister, Pam Witherow of Pulaski, TN, and his grandchildren, Kirsten Britt, Trevan and Alena Davis, Sydney Watts.
