Bud was born December 11, 1939 in Pulaski, TN to William Wilson and Lila Lee Birdsong Holt. He was a lifelong farmer, loved dirt track racing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bud was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Ann Holt Martin.
Graveside Service will be 2pm Wednesday January 24, 2024 at Pisgah Cemetery with interment to follow.

Survivors include his wife Dixie Holt of Pulaski, daughter Kim Holt and husband Bud Bolton of Pulaski, sister Peggy Holt of Pulaski, grandchildren Jessie Adams, Emily Corum, great grandchildren Kylie Ann Adams and Hendrix James Corum.
