Mr. O’Malley was born May 13, 1930 in the Woodlawn Community to Robert Gordon and Helen Lanier O’Malley. He was retired from the Giles County Hwy Department and preceded in death by his parents, one brother Howard O’Malley and one son Eddie O’Malley.
Visitation will be Sunday March 22, 2015 from 4 until 8 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2pm Monday March 23, 2015 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Maplewood Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years Hilda O’Malley of Frankewing, son Robbie O’Malley and wife Vickie of Pulaski, daughters Patsy Owen and husband Thomas Leslie of Pulaski, Connie Durham and husband Roger of Frankewing, Penny Koski and husband Mark of Wisconsin, brother Robert O’Malley of Nashville, sisters Margie O’Malley, Nettie Newman and Dorothy Hicks all of Nashville, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren with one more expected in May.
