Linda Kay Carey, born on October 9,1954 of Berkley Michigan passed away due to unexpected medical complications during her winter stay at her Florida residence on February 8th, 2026, at the age of 71. She is survived by her loving husband, John Carey; her daughter Tammy Lutzke; her granddaughter Brooke Lutzke; her siblings, Liz Tunstall, Cindy Van Buhler, Kathy Kay, Tammy Tunstall, Tom Tunstall, Cheryl Andreozzi, and Bill Tunstall. She is joining her predeceased parents James Tunstall and Greta Tunstall along with her siblings James Tunstall Jr. and Nancy Munroe, also her nephew Jason Tunstall and aunt Ruby.
She was an extremely proud grandmother who is remembered for her genuine kindness, her love of dogs and her flowers. She will be deeply missed and held forever in our hearts.
We will be hosting a celebration of life late spring or summer this year and will inform everyone once we have the details finalized.
