Maxine Bennett passed away peacefully, Monday August 4th. She was a devoted wife to Phil Bennett and devoted mother to Tony (Dennis) Pieplow of Winter Garden, FL, Jamie Bogedain (predeceased 2023) and Mandy (John) Reynolds of Cape Coral, FL. Grandmother to Payton (Gage) Bogedain, Josh Bogedain, Madison Reynolds and Jace Reynolds. She is also survived by her mom, Bonnie Vankampen, brothers, Scott (Wendy) Randall, and Todd (Ruth) Randall and sister, Wendy House and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim Vankampen and Patricia Carbone, her sisters, Geri Troxel and Linda Hartt.
Maxine was an "Army Brat" born in England and moved to Michigan shortly after birth. She has resided in Florida most of her adult life. She loved her football and was a diehard Tampa Bay Bucs fan.
A service will be held on Sunday, September 7 at eleven o'clock at Life Celebration Center of Punta Gorda
