I can remember Paula being part of my life as long as I can remember she was not only my mom’s best friend but a mom to me also I knew I could go to her with anything and her and Jack were like my second parents and I know she helped my mom with my christmases as kids before my mom became a nurse ..one I know of now is when I got my first Atari cuz ur mom got u guys newer one that was prob one of my favorite Christmas.. even as I got older she was there to support me and talk to me about stuff... Paula always had smile on her face and would light up a room she was in...I’m glad her and my mom were best friends bc if they weren’t I would not have my person Theresa Geary in my life even though we didn’t like each other as kids at all cuz our moms pushed us on each other they were best friend so they wanted us to be lol wasn’t till I was 19 that Theresa and I became best friends and became each other’s person in no time lol I believe this made Paula and my mom Cathy French Starkey very happy. Paula will be very missed love you all Jack, Tania, Theresa and family❤️
Prayers and hugs,
Brooke (Starkey) Thomas

My heart is aching missing you mom, it has only been 10 days and I don’t think it will get any easier. I loved every day with you, remembering dancing around the living room, singing Christmas carols driving around looking at lights. Those are only the tip of the iceberg of the memories. The biggest thing I will miss is you calling me on my birthday every year to sing happy birthday to me, always the first every year! Stay with me always and keep me safe, you are now my guardian angel in heaven! Love you always! Tania
