Robert Peter Gaydosh

Robert, (Bob) was born on January 13, 1935 to John and Antoinette Gaydosh in Bristol, CT.

Bob loved to have fun and was an avid swimmer. After Bob graduated from Bristol High School, he proudly went enlisted in the Navy where he served on the USS Bennington. Bob went on to become a draftsman and engineer, finishing is career with Johnson & Johnson/Critikon as a medical engineer.

Bob met the love of his life, Frances Naples and wed on June 8, 1957. Bob and Fran had three daughters. Bob retired to Punta Gorda in 1995 with the love of his life Frances. During early retirement he drove the school bus for St. Charles Borromeo Catholic school and was and usher for the church. He swam in the Senior Olympics representing Connecticut. Bob loved his constant companion, Tiny Tim, his Dachshund, who kept him busy each day.

Bob was predeceased by his parents John & Antoinette, his brothers Bernard & John. He is survived by his daughters, Roberta, Jacqueline, and Saundra; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, his brother, Boniface Gaydosh, and his sister, Anita Gaydosh Bouffard.

Services will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 11 am, with a private burial.
