William retired from MCI Worldcom in 2008 and moved to Port Charlotte. He was a loving father and a kind, giving man who enjoyed spending his free time playing golf, doing yard work, relaxing or playing pool. He was a veteran of the Air Force and served as a medic during Vietnam.
William will forever be loved by those he left behind, and his intelligence, humor and compassion, will continue to live on. He is survived by his daughter Brooke Woolley, his mother Lillian Eva, and his sister and brothers Sandi Devlin, Bob Woolley, Dale Woolley and Al Woolley, as well as extended family. He will also be missed by his friends and the many other lives he touched.
Services will be held privately.
