Herbert W. Harlow Passed away December 24, 2015, age 90. Herb was a longtime Puyallup resident and retired police officer. He was a WWII naval veteran, who played football for the U of W and professional baseball for the Cincinnati Reds and Chicago Cubs. Herb was preceded in death by his mother Mabel Hurd, and son Rick Harlow. Herb leaves behind Grace Ash, son Steve Harlow (Linda Pearn) of Bonney Lake, daughter Valerie (Ed) Higginbotham of Senoia, GA, grandsons Dan and Mike Higginbotham, granddaughter Heather Potter, and 3 great-grandsons. Memorial service will be held March 4, 2016 at 1 pm at Powers Funeral Home, 320 W. Pioneer Ave, Puyallup, WA 98371.
