Janet Lucille Hazen Our loving sister, born December 2nd, 1952, passed away Friday, June 30th, 2017. The funeral service will be held at Woodbine Cemetery on Thursday, July 13th, 2017, with reception following afterwards at DeCoursey Park in Puyallup on 7th Street.
