

He is survived by his loving family, wife of 60 years Ramona, his children Miguel, Veronica, Gloria and Steven; and his grandchildren Ricardo, Maria, Star, Marlena, David, Daniel, Darren, Deanna, Garrett and Gina; and his great grandchildren Elle, Katarina, Allesandro and Kylie.
Jesse served in the Army Air Forces (AAF) during the final years of World War II. He was stationed at US Base in Germany performing mechanical work on US fighter planes. He worked for over 30 years in military service and civil service at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, San Francisco, CA, and later transferred to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA in 1973. His profession was a draftsman designing exotic exhaust or air duct fittings for such USS ships as the Corral Sea, Enterprise, and USS submarines. The US Civil Service recognized Jesse for his creative designs and exotic fittings.
Jesse accomplished one of his lifelong dreams, designing and having his final home built on Lake Jane in Bonney Lake, WA. Some other interests of Jesse were fishing, camping, watching Norte Dame Football, and rooting for the locate professional teams.
He will be greatly missed.
