JoAnn Ouellette

June 22, 1942 – July 28, 2012

JoAnn, beloved wife, sister, “Auntie” and friend went home to be with her Lord unexpectedly after a six month struggle with ITP. Although we rejoice she is no longer suffering, we are still deeply saddened by our loss. What brought her the greatest joy was spending time with her husband, family and friends.

JoAnn graduated from Lincoln High School in 1960. On September 21, 1968 JoAnn married her best friend, Paul Ouellette and they spent 43 wonderful years sharing life together. She retired from the Weyerhaeuser Company after 34 years of service and took with her some lifelong friendships.

She is survived by her husband, Paul; sister, Pat Hagen; brother, Roger (Margaret) Klevmoen; aunts Gudrun Sjol of Minot, ND and Helen Klevmoen of Wendall, Idaho; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at Lighthouse Christian Center, 10711 80th Ave E, Puyallup, WA on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lighthouse Christian Center.
