Loretta I Hon

Loretta Irene Hon 83, a resident of Puyallup for the last 4 years went to be with her Lord May 24, 2012. She was born April 12, 1929 to Albert and Irene Fallu of Portland, OR. She has also resided in California and Gig Harbor, WA. She worked as a switchboard operator for part of her career but spent the majority of her life as a homemaker and caregiver to her disabled husband. She attended the Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Brady, sons: Gary Mulwee and Roger Mulwee, step-daughters, Karen Winters, Connie Challender and Patricia Mack; 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is predeceased by husband James Hon, stepson Richard Hon and grandchild Anitra Mulwee. Visitation will be Thursday 5/31/2012 from 3-8pm at Powers Funeral Home in Puyallup. Funeral Mass will be held Friday 6/1/2012, 11 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, Puyallup WA followed by the interment at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA at 2:15.
