Mary Elizabeth Fullmer Apple

Mary Elizabeth Apple of Hillsboro Oregon, daughter of Earl and Eloise Fullmer, longtime resident of Sumner, Washington, passed away on the second of May. She is survived by her children and their families: Ken and Kris Apple of Puyallup, WA, Cindy Choate of Longview, WA, Karen and Dave Ekse of Sumner, WA and Joyce and Stephen Clapsaddle of Brier, WA, as well as 8 grandchildren; Sean Apple, Cormac Apple, Catheryne Ekse, Megan Ekse, Leslie Werle, Amanda Carlson, Louise Choate, Richard Choate and 3 great grandchildren; Nathan Werle, Alexys Carlson and Kyrah Carlson. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Sumner and Orting. She worked for the Sumner School District and volunteered for many years at Maple Lawn Elementary in Sumner. She tutored privately as well, touching countless lives with her kindness and dedication. Memorial Service is Saturday, 2:00PM at Powers Funeral Home, Puyallup.
