Mitchel S. McDonald

Born December 8, 1961 to Donald Douglas McDonald and Floy Casteel McDonald, died March 22, 2010. He lived a full life. He was making plans for his future until the day he died. He grew up in Puyallup and graduated from PHS in 1980. He loved to tell stories of his work and fun adventures – paper routes, warehouses, produce houses, delivering oil, being a landlord, hiking, traveling, family camp-outs, Thanksgiving with his cousins, aunts and uncles, but his first love was farming. He especially enjoyed playing pool with friends. He had a keen mind and a love of learning.

Mitchel was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. He is survived by his mother, Floy, his brothers Douglas and Shannon, his sisters Jennie and Cindy, his nephews Derek and Kelvin, his niece Gabriela, many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Services will be held at Powers Funeral Home, 320 West Pioneer, Puyallup, Saturday 3/27/10 at 3:00. Viewing will be two hours prior. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
