O. Darlene "PeeWee" Sebastian

Mom has gone to reunite with her husband Dan (1991). She passed peacefully at home due to complications associated with Alzheimer’s. Mom celebrated her 7th birthday on the train relocating from Kansas City, MO, to Puyallup, WA, where she was raised by her loving grandparents, Louie and Mamie Ward. Mom married our father, Don Heins, in March, 1953 and had three children. Tragically, we lost Denny in May of 1963. Divorced in 1966, mom married Dan Sebastian in April 1967. PeeWee is survived by her children Dale (Barb) Heins, Deb (Ross) Shamley, two step children Paul and Janel Sebastian and step daughter in law, Lorraine Sebastian. Mom had 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and one great granddaughter on the way, 1 great great grandson and 1 great great grand daughter on the way. PeeWee was a member of PNW4WDA and area 2933 Eagles. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Alzheimer’s research, Multicare-Good Samaritan Home Health & Hospice or the charity of your choice in Mom’s name. A greatly appreciated thank you goes out to Multicare Home Health & Hospice from PeeWee’s family. No funeral or memorial service will be held, at PeeWee’s request. R.I.P. Mom. You will be missed by all.
