Peter F. Di George

Peter F. Di George, 86, died Sept. 19, 2010 in Puyallup, WA. He was born Feb. 24, 1924 in New York City, New York to Stefano and Sebastiana Pum Di Giorgi. He is a veteran of the Army Air Corps, where he was an Airplane and Engine Mechanic. He was awarded an American Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal and a Victory Medal. After the Army he worked for Boeing for many years. Peter is survived by his wife, Jeanne Di George of the home, Sons; Stephen (Bridget) Di George of Scappoose, OR, and Bennett (Evelyn) Di George of Lake Worth, FL, aa sister; Jennie Timpone of Masbeth Queens, NY and Grandchildren; Peter Di George, John Di George, Jennifer McNamara, Laura Di George, Stephen D. Di George, Judson Shultz and Katherine Di George. Memorial service is Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, 11:00AM at Holy Disciples Catholic Church, 10425 187th St. E., Puyallup, WA 98375.
