Robert Emilio Mercado

On this twenty-first day of June in the year of our Lord, two thousand and fifteen, at approximately 10:30 am PST, Robert Emilio Mercado, Son to Ralph and Cathy Mercado, abruptly shuffled off the restraints of this mortal coil, and freely left boundaries of (this) human existence. In the wake of his sudden departure a void and powerful sadness has been felt in all the lives that were fortunate to have been touched by his. He is survived by his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and a vast extended family. During his brief visit with us he managed to create enough mischief, good times, wonderful memories and pure joy, which could last another 5 lifetimes. His silly nature and penchant for living simply was infectious and brought happiness to all who gravitated to his charismatic and bright personality. His loyal, caring and sensitive nature made him a trusted confidant to many who were fortunate enough to count him as a friend. His work for the State of Washington drew on his motivation and tireless efforts to help those less fortunate and in need. Robert was truly an extraordinary force and absolutely one of a kind. His absence will forever haunt all those who truly knew and loved him.
