My best memory of My Char is meeting her my 1st of work at AIG! We clicked instantly. She was the confidant a good ear and shoulder. Her spirit and her live of god kept me grounded. I so miss all of our talks. Love you girl❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I first met Charlene in 1981 when we both worked for NYC - Code Enforcement and we’ve been friends since then.  A special Thank you to her family & friends for all the lovely picture that are on this site. The images certainly helps the grieving process.  Charlene was a Queen and she has been forever immortalized in  our minds and hearts.   Rest In Power

My condolences to her sons and family. My heart aches for her sons. But earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. Her sons are a part of our extended family and this will not change. Charlene was a beautiful soul. There is no doubt that she is with our savior. Let us all live to see her again one day. Praying for her family. 

Words can't express how much I'm going to miss your smile, our laughs and  talks..I'm going to miss the long talks about our sons, coloring our hair and the dream cars we were going  to buy one day...but it was the conversations about Jesus that I will miss the most. I thank God for Love Fellowship because that is where we met and became sisters/friends. I will always love and miss you❤❤❤

My sweet sister, Cha-Cha. We go way back to high school days! As we had our children we lost touch for a few years. When we reconnected it was one of the best days of my life! You raised two incredibly great young men. Through the years you remained the same beautiful, sweet and caring person. My heart is heavy because you are not here but I know sweet sister, we will meet again ❤

This took a minute for me to process....It was very UNREAL to me initially. This picture of Charlene was taken on Pentecost Sunday this year, in Connecticut, at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. What’s so strange is that I took several shots of her and I normally don’t take pictures of Charlene on Sundays. Normally the photo taking is just for me. 
:-) Secondly, I had no idea that when she dropped me off at home that evening, that it’d be the last time I’d see her face. 

I met Charlene singing with the Crusade Choir many moons ago. She was a part of the “Queens Pack.” We traveled on buses and trains home to Queens from choir rehearsals and road trips. Many Sundays she’d ride me and my family home. She was very giving, patient and kind hearted. From my mom’s 80th Birthday Bash to other events I had, Charlene would be there. I didn’t realize how many events of mine she’d attended until I started going through pictures to post. I’m gonna miss the rides home, her “mild” road rage :-) and the great conversations. She will be missed greatly, but never forgotten. 

May you rest in sweet peace Charlene. Thank you for all the kindness you showed my family and I. Love you forever Sis. Praying for the comfort and peace of your sons and the entire family.

I just see her quiet demeanor and her smile. She will be missed! My prayers and condolences to the family! 

I Shirley Baylock am so very sorry for the lost of Charlene Williams.  I will surely keep the family especially her two sons in prayer.  I first met Charlene in the Lovefellowship Crusade choir we both sang soprano.  She showed me how to breeze while singing and always laughed about how late we got home from rehearsals and engagements.  She would always look out for me as I for her on our long ride home, especially after our church services. I will surely miss her smile and warm heart. STAND STRONG

We song together for years at 464 liberty Avenue in Soprano section she song right next to me on second row she was a sweet ❤ heart she going to be greatly missed you have my deepest condolences she shared lots of advice to me about different things 🙏 for the family. Sis Delilah Santos 

Charlene and I met and remained friends as members of LFCC! She was a quiet, peaceful soul who loved singing and praising God!! You will be greatly missed!! Take your rest my sister!! We love you !!! See you when I get there!!!!

Charlene was such a sweet person. She will be missed. We traveled singing  for a couple of years with the choir and her spirit was always the same. She use to always ask me how my daughter is doing. Her sons are well mannered awesome young men. SIP my sweet sister. ❤️ You will be missed. 

I first met Charlene in 1994 while working at AIG. She noticed that I was always going out to sing. She asked me one day " who do you sing with?" I told her Hezekiah Walker and LFCC. She asked me where we rehearsed ? And when I looked up, she was there. You have been a faithful member all these years. You will be missed. 

To my friend Cha that's what I call you. You were truly a great friend. We loved each other like blood sisters. You were the best godmother to my granddaughter Dionanna. When we would be singing on the choir we would be doing our moves we would look at each and bust out laughing. We did not talk everyday but when we did we laugh  and talk for hours. You were a great mother to your sons they were your world and you were there's .You will truly be missed.You will always have a place in my heart. SIP my sister .

I vividly remember singing on the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir with Charlene and she wasn’t of  the sweetest people ever. She had her sons with her on every trip and they were always mild mannered and respectable young men. May her beautiful soul Rest In Peace..🙏🏾
