Claurine S. Branker

Claurine S. Branker, age 82, of Cambria Heights, New York passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. Claurine was born January 12, 1940. Claurine was the daughter of Elijah and Veronica Cecilia Forte. She was the wife of Nicholas William Branker (deceased). Claurine is survived by her four daughters, Marva A. Wolthuis (John), Carol A. Sgroi (William), Shelley T. Branker and Debbie Branker. She loved her ten grandchildren, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Joanna, Shane, Rachel, Benjamin, Gabriella, Sebastian, Laela and Julian . She had two siblings Henry Basil Forte (deceased) and Albertha Gooding (deceased) and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews Claurine graduated from Bedford Methodist School in British Guiana. She worked in the Fashion Industry until retired. A visitation for Claurine will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at R. Stutzmann & Son, 224 - 39 Jamaica Ave, Queens Village, NY 11428. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 224 - 39 Jamaica Ave, Queens Village, NY 11428. A burial will occur Friday, January 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Rockville Cemetery, 45 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, NY 11563.
