We were part of the Origional “ Equinox  Master Trainers” group. 400 people applied to open the  first Equinox in NYC and 80 were chosen. We had extensive testing , training and all studied together to open a club of Par Excellence! We opened it with great pride as it was the very first club with Physical Therapy on site, which I was a part of since I was a Movement Therapist. 
Peter helped me with my clients, his attention to detail and testing was exact. He was the most dedicated person I knew in my field. When he started teaching the courses I was so proud of him!  We were a small Equinox  family of excellent , high end  master Trainers. We would all go kayaking and canoeing to relax together and Peter always wanted to race. We kept a friendship since 1990 and spoke at least once a week. His encouragement, problem solving with clients and concern for excellence will be greatly missed. Above all he loved his family and was a dedicated son, brother and father.
He helped me with advice and fitness tips  when I cared for my father who had Dementia for 6 years. He was a treasured friend in my life and will be greatly missed.

My deepest sympathies to the family, with a very special thought to: Antonine, Julian and Gina.
Let HIM go to the ALMIGHTY  LIGHT, his SOURCE, as He is Light by Himself.

I have so many vivid memories of Peter that I don’t know where to begin. Our meeting place was always the gym - first at Equinox and later in the small gym in my building.  But our meetings were far more than gym workouts. We shared stories, shared jokes, shared political opinions.  He told me about kite surfing, and I told him he was insane for even thinking about doing it. We both loved scuba diving. He pushed me, he made me stronger, better, more thoughtful. He taught me about adversity, about confronting and surmounting limitations. He told me that I could do one more rep. I will miss him.

I remember Eddy as a dear friend and member of the group, as we grew up in Brooklyn and attended school at Nativity of our Blessed Lord.  A kind and generous heart. He is missed, even as we celebrate his life.
