LEININGER - George E., 90, of Queens Village, died on November 19, 2013. Beloved husband of Lucille for 69 years. Father of Karen, Donna and Richard. Grandfather of Marcella, George, and Megan. WWII Veteran, tail gunner, B24 "Shoe Shoe Baby," 445th Bomber Group, flew 30 combat missions, some with actor James Stewart, Squadron Leader. 70 year member of Millwright Local 740 and was a Delegate to the District Council.Visiting R.Stutzmann & Son Funeral Home, Queens Village, Friday,2-4, 7-9pm.
