Hermine May Goodman-McFadden of Queens Village, New York was born in Little London, Jamaica on March 1st, 1943. She passed away on July 23rd, 2014. She was a loving and dedicated mother to her children and grandchildren. She leaves behind her children: Richard & Danny Goodman, Jackie Strother and Lisa Barronton. Cherished Grandmother of Jessica, Daniel, Justin, Adrienne, Stephen II, Dominique, Noah, Sean, Josephine and Sojoyd. Also survived by her brother Desmond Myers, sister Hyacinth Jobson and niece Audrey Myers.
Hermine, a devout Catholic, was loved by many. She was a member and past Illustrative Matron of the Loyal Hibbert Court of Esther Chapter No.1. Hermine was a hardworking, sensitive, strong, independent woman whose benevolence knew no bounds. Throughout her life, she never ceased to help anyone who had a need. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
