John J. Carey, age 95, of Hollis, NY passed away on Thursday January 4, 2018. John was born April 3, 1922. John is survived by daughter Shaline Carey. John was an honorably discharged veteran or our US Army and served as a clerk of the New York Supreme Court. A visitation for John will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at R. Stutzmann & Son, 224 - 39 Jamaica Ave, Queens Village, NY 11428. Funeral Mass Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 9:45 AM at St Gerard Majella RC Church, 188-19 91St Ave, Hollis, NY 11423-2519. Interment to follow at St Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735-1212.
