

Kenneth “Kenny” Francis Fraser, 53, of New York, New York, passed away on January 7th, 2025 in his home. Born on November 9th, 1971 in Queens, he was the beloved child of Jane Fraser & the late Frank Fraser. Kenny was born in the United States, but his heart was always tied to his Scottish roots. He was married to the love of his life, Annette Baez-Fraser, in a beautiful ceremony in Barbados in 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Fraser.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Annette Baez-Fraser, his mother Jane Fraser; his brother Bob Fraser; and his beloved nieces, Cassie, Kelly, Nikki and Paige Fraser. Kenny’s love and guidance extended to his stepsons, Robbie Rosario, Chaz Rosario, Justin Ortiz, and Nephtali Ortiz, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
Kenny is also survived by his grandchildren, Isabella, Phia, Alia, Jabez, Jeremiah, Jaylen, Josiah.
Kenny had a long and distinguished career as a Journeyman Stonemason, originally as a member of Stonesetters Local 84, and subsequently Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #1, NY. His career involved work in and on some of the most famous buildings and structures in the world.
Kenny's larger-than-life personality was impossible to ignore. He was known for his infectious sense of humor and his knack for goofi ng off to get a laugh. He was passionate, opinionated, and never afraid to speak his mind. His stories captivated all who were lucky enough to listen.
Kenny’s love for music, particularly metal, was a defi ning part of who he was. He could often be found head-banging to his favorite tunes, especially his beloved Rush, a band he held in the highest regard.
Kenny’s absence leaves a profound void in the Fraser and Baez families. His presence, his laugh, his stories, and his unmistakable energy are missed more than words can say. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit and memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on Sunday, January 19th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at R. Stutzmann & Son Funeral Home, located at 224-39 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11428.
Kenny may have left this world, but he will never be forgotten. He will always be remembered with love, laughter, and admiration. He will be missed by his family all over the world.
