Miguel Velazquez passed away on September 25, 2012. Loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, September 28, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Queens Village on Saturday at 9:45am. Cremation to follow at All Souls Crematory in East Elmhurst, NY.
