Pauline Buttafuoco

Pauline Buttafuoco went to be with the Lord on September 26, 2012. Born April 13, 1918, she resided in New York (Manhattan and Queens) and Derwood, Maryland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stefano, parents, Salvatore and Marianna Todaro, and brothers Paul and Sebastian Todaro. She is survived by sisters Angela Surace and Ruth Aruta, children Carol Vedral, Susan King, Daniel Buttafuoco, and Marian Hutchins, twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and family and friends who called her their “second mother”. Pauline was active in church her entire life teaching Sunday School, playing the piano, singing solos, and serving wherever needed. Her sweet demeanor and loving ways touched many lives. We celebrate her life, the godly example she set, and the unfailing love that she gave to all.

The viewing is Sunday, September 30, 2012, 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. with a service at 7:30 P.M. The burial is Monday, October 1, 2012 at Calverton National Cemetery, after a brief prayer service at Stutzmann’s at 9:30 A.M.
