

Thales was an electrical engineer and was the 3rd of 8 children. He was predeceased by his parents Cleoda Raymond-Delia, and Licius Delia, and his siblings, older sister Yva Billy, Jean, Solange, and Denise Delia.
Thales is survived by his wife Alvarine, and his four children, Arlette, Neil, Ruth, and Stephanie Delia, and his five grandchildren, JoArlee and Jaynnah Macceus-Dit-Francois, Solange and Joseph Francois, and Michelle Olivia Cole. Thales is also survived by three brothers, Julio Fresnel, Fritz, and Ernest Delia. Thales lived a peaceful life among family and friends. He was a pillar of strength for his family. He will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Due to The Pandemic
The usual reception gathering following the burial to meet the family will not take place, as we adhere to CDC guidelines for prudence at this time.
Mrs. Alvarine Delia, along with the entire Delia and Billy-Fresnel family are grateful to all who have shown support through various calls and words of comfort.
