I use to live to live next door to bill and Noreen. Next door and babysat their girls.  
Bill and Noreen was awesome.  It was sad they divorced.   Bill was always loving caring and fun.  He was thoughtful.    

May he rest in peace.  He was the best

So very sorry for your loss🙏 I spent many times with Bill at Lake Winola when we were kids growing up. We reconnected a few years back when he rented a cottage for the summer. Great memories. RIP will miss you   Gail Stage

Bill Riker was married to my cousin Doreen. He had a love of Dogs, especially cocker spaniels. He gave me special fun childhood memories with him and his dogs Tony & Cleo. When I was 8 & 9 years old, living  in Middle Village Bill would take me to Juniper Valley Park at Dusk along with his two dogs Tony & Cleo. We would hide from the dogs in the tall grass and the dogs would pick up our scent seek us out and find us. Bill also took me to a dog show at Jones Beach with Cleo & Tony. These fond childhood memories will stay with me forever. I will miss Bill and the times we shared together.

My condolences to the children of my cousin, Bill Riker. For years,  when Bill was at Lake Winola for the summer I, along with my sister Ruth and brother-in-law, Rich and other cousins, enjoyed Bill's company going to dinner and playing  shuffle board.  We miss those happy times.  I will miss the long conversations with Bill since then.  Again, my sympathy to his children and his many friends. Rest in peace, Bill.  🙏 Love, your cousin, Ann

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Bill's family on his recent passing.  We met 'Cousin' Bill well over 10 years ago at dinner near his favorite place, Lake  Winola.  We immediately developed a friendship and though we were miles apart,  we were close in heart.  Bill always had a question or two to ask no matter the occasion and was always fun to be around.  When you were meeting up with Bill there was never a problem finding him in a parking lot because as a proud Veteran, he always had the Stars and Stripes blowing in the breeze from his car window.
