Benny Lee

Born in China, and immigrating to the United States with his loving wife and first born child in 1965, Benny had worked and lived most of his adult life in Hull, Massachusetts, and for nearly 50 years he called this quiet New England beach town, ‘Home’.

But most importantly, we wish for Benny to be remembered as; being enamored with and loving unconditionally, his two grandchildren, Matthew Cooper and Alex Cooper; that he was best friends with and a loving husband to his beautiful wife Marilyn (Mee Lun Chin) Lee; and was a wonderful and caring father who had worked so hard and sacrificed so much for his three children, eldest child Henry Lee, youngest child Larry Lee, and middle child Marjorie Lee Cooper and her husband Thomas Cooper.

Benny is also survived by his two younger brothers, Tang Lee and his wife Tuyet Lee, and Bennet Li and his wife Shirley Li, and his two younger sisters, Margaret Wong and her husband Kan Wong, and Francis Chan and her husband Raymond Chan, as well as, his many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, at the Deware Funeral Home, 576 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02170, and (617) 472-1137.
