Born July 11, 1938 in Augusta, GA, Christine Lem was the eldest of three, a beloved wife of the late Stanley Lem and devoted mother of Anthony Lem and his wife Marivi. Christine worked for over 30 years at Brigham & Women’s Hospital where she started as a lab technician then was promoted as a supervisor in the chemistry lab. When she wasn’t working she would spend time in her early years traveling with her husband, family and friends and enjoyed hobbies like crocheting, baking and cake decorating, often found making her famous carrot cake. Christine was kind and generous and was never shy to talk to anyone. She loved being with her family full of nieces and nephews. For someone with such a small stature she had a voracious appetite and loved a good meal up until her final days. She will be deeply missed.
