Kam Chu Kwan was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandma. She was born in Taishan, China and emigrated to Hong Kong where she met and married her husband Yiu Man Kwan. In Hong Kong, they raised three children, Lai, Cheung Sing and Wai Ching. In April 1969, the Kwan family moved to Boston, MA and shortly thereafter, she had a fourth child, Johnny. Kam worked as a seamstress and later as a house keeper at Tufts Medical Center where she worked for over 25 years. She had a tremendous work ethic and devoted her life to the care and well-being of her family. She put all four children through college and spent her later years caring for her husband. Kam is survived by her husband, four children, six grandchildren and one-step grandchild. She has lived a full life; may she now rest in peace. She will be dearly missed.
