Kathleen M. Kathie (Downes) Curtis, 60, passed away on July 27, 2014. Kathie was the loving mother of Kelly Moreno and her husband Jose of Taunton, Steven Curtis and his wife Sherry of Abington. Proud grandmother of Natalya and Adara Moreno, Tyler and Dylan Curtis. Former wife of Jeffrey Curtis of Taunton. Sister of Bill Downes of Colo., Bob Downes of Maine, Brendan Downes of Okla., Barry Downes of Nev. and the twin sister of the late Karen Cyr. Friends and family were invited to a memorial visitation at Deware Funeral Home, 576 Hancock Street, Quincy on Friday, Aug. 1, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass was celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, 386 Hancock St., Quincy on Saturday, Aug 2, at 10 AM.
