SFC Bruce Christian, 42, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and proud veteran of the United States Army, passed away on September 25, 2025. Born on August 1, 1983, Bruce lived a life defined by service, love, and integrity.

Bruce dedicated 21 years of honorable service to the United States Army, where he exemplified leadership, courage, and commitment. His unwavering sense of duty and professionalism earned the respect and admiration of his brothers and sisters in arms. Throughout his military career, Bruce served his country with pride, leaving behind a legacy of honor and excellence.

Outside of his service to the Army, Bruce devoted himself to his family—the true center of his life. He was a loving husband to Amanda Christian, a caring father and stepfather, and a proud grandfather. His kindness, strength, and humor made him a source of comfort and stability to everyone who knew him.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Amanda Christian; his father and mother, Bruce and Debbie Christian, both of Tulsa, OK; his brother, Tim Justus, and sister-in-law, Rhonda Justus, both of Tulsa, OK; his stepdaughter, Megan Ard, of Raeford, NC; his stepson, Collin Ard, and daughter-in-law, Charlotte Ard, of Tampa, FL; his daughter, Alexus Christian, of Tulsa, OK; his son, Gauge Christian, of Tulsa, OK; his grandson, Lucas Ard, and granddaughter, Elaina Ard, both of Tampa, FL.

Bruce will be remembered for his dedication to family, his deep compassion for others, and his steadfast sense of duty. His life was one of quiet strength and heartfelt generosity, and his legacy will continue through the lives of those he loved most.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m at Crumpler Funeral Home. 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC 28376.
