Mr. Dallas Morris Pounds of Red Springs died Monday, January 6, 2014 at the age of 53. Dallas was born in Thomson, GA on March 13, 1960 to the late Morris Pounds and Gloria Razemore Pounds. He was a member of the NC State Bar and Robeson County Bar. He received his undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville AL. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, NC. Dallas is survived by two sisters Debra S. Pounds of Sharpsburg, GA; Jill P. Hagen of Pembroke, NC; one niece, Jennifer A. Clay of Semora, NC; 1 nephew, Robert Stephen Hagen II of Parkton,NC; six great nieces, one great nephew and two great-great nieces. Visitation will be 7-9pm Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Crumpler Funeral Home 220 E 4th Ave. Red Springs, NC. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Friday, January 10, 2014 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in The Alloway Cemetery in Red Springs.
