Mr. Donald Wayne Parker 58, of Raeford, passed away, December 14, 2016 at his home. Mr. Parker was born March 24, 1958 in Cumberland Co. to the late Lacy Ollen Parker and Elsie Loretta Elkins Parker. He is survived by his aunt Faye E. Ward and her husband Richard of Greensboro, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held later.
